FINANCE AND INSURANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Description:
Monitors all Sales Financing Transactions (credit application, credit approval, proceeds and dealers incentives); monitors Sales Insurance Transactions and processes LTO Registration and Permit-to-Travel for both new releases and for renewal clients; coordinates with Sales Team (Sales General Manager & Sales Coordinator)

Job Specifications/Qualifications:
•       A graduate of any four-year business-related course preferably major in Finance
•       With at least two years of relevant work experience
•       With good communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
•       Willing to learn, dedicated and disciplined
•       Organized and systematic

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Summary:
Able to repair and service Ford vehicle and other units within Ford standard; observe environmental and safety standard; customer satisfaction and quality care oriented; do repair and servicing to any vehicles that is on time, first time and in a professional manner; observe repair order process; follow and observe operational standards and procedures and company policies; maximized productivity performance; observe 5S sincerely and regularly; exemplify good working relation with co-employees and help achieve department service over all business objectives as follow: service sales target and customer view point rate; repair and servicing of different kind of units inside and outside the workshop area; hours of work: 8 hours a day and is negotiable

Qualifications:
At least four-year automotive course or more
with good communication and interpersonal skills
organized and systematic
with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

PARTS AND ACCESSORIES STAFF

Job Description:
Receives parts arrival into DMS; monitors parts arrival through updating undelivered parts and notice of parts arrival; orders part in the internet; prepares sales report on the non-moving and zero cost sales every month

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares Daily Purchase Orders for FGP parts
Encodes Daily Orders into the internet
Prepares Invoices for Counter Sales
Pre-picking (prepares Invoices for BP & GJ Sales)
Receives Parts Arrival into the DMS
Prepare Weekly Sales Matrix Report
Monitors Parts Arrival
Updates Undelivered Parts and Notice of Parts Arrival for Service and DCRC reference
Prepares Monthly Freight Charges Report
Reports and monitors documents of daily transactions to the Accounting Department
Prepares Monthly Incentive report on the sales on non-moving and zero cost parts
Monitors fast moving spare parts
Makes Parts Order everyday
Prepares spare parts, deliver receipt and gate pass for Service Caravans
Monitors spare parts upon return from Service Caravan

Qualifications:
a graduate of any four-year course
one to two years relevant experience
good interpersonal and coping skills
good communication skills
