Facility Supervisor

Job Description:

Oversees company facility maintenance and security.

Job Specifications:

1. Supervising Multidisciplinary team of staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers, as well as security officers; plot their attendance and daily schedule .
2. Responsible for making sure cleaning, upkeep and safety standards are maintained, or inefficiencies are discovered.
3. Develops and manages the facility work system and must be able to assign tasks to appropriate team member(s)
4. Must be able to motivate and coordinate with employees, as well as dealing with any disciplinary issues that may arise.

Job Qualifications:

1. Must be a Graduate of BS-HRM or any related course/field from a reputable college or University.
2. 1-2 years experience as a facility and/or housekeeping supervisor is a plus
3. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide answers to inquiries involving a company’s product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
2. Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues.
3. Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Customer service account experience is an advantage.
4. Must be sharp and aggressive.
6. Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills.
7. Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply.
8. Willing to work night shifts.
9. Full time positions.

CORPORATE TRAINER

Job Description:

Ensures quality of agents and trainees through development trainings and provides coaching and modules for specific accounts and company training programs.

Job Specifications:

Manages training to achieve performance goals.
Implements all training courses as scheduled.
Supervises trainees/agents to ensure they meet performance standards.
Creates group/individual development plans for each trainee/agent.
Creates new courses as necessary and evaluate existing ones.
Recommends necessary revisions to existing training courses and possible areas requiring training courses.
Promoting an open knowledge sharing environment that builds, knowledge, skills, and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.

Job Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree holder from a reputed college or university.
At least 1-­2 years of training experience in a BPO setting.
Knowledge on different methods of training.
Very keen to details.
Superb communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on night shift.
