It all started with a question from one of readers, “How can I get updates of MisOr Jobs’ posts from Facebook?”
I’m sorry I forgot your name but thanks to your request MisOr Jobs is now in Facebook. I realized that nearly everyone I know is in FB. What better way to stay connected and to update loyal readers than to create a page on Facebook?
This is an exciting phase for MisOr Jobs. Everyone who Likes the page can help foster a deeper sense of community among jobseekers and employers in Misamis Oriental. Now we can all help each other find better job opportunities.
Here’s what you can do when you press the Like button on MisOr Jobs’ page:
1. You can receive snippets of the latest updates of posts in Misorjobs.com. That means you only have to login to your Facebook account to monitor your news feeds for relevant posts and visit Misorjobs.com only when you see a post you’d like more information on.
2. You can post updates of job events, company developments and job fairs on the Wall. I would greatly appreciate and encourage your responsible participation here for the benefit of all job seekers in the province.
3. You can start your own Discussions for questions, comments or insights that require lengthy explanations.
Of course, a few rules apply:
1. Spammers and trolls will absolutely not be tolerated.
2. There will be no clamp on freedom of speech but remember to always be respectful. Remember that this is a page for employers, their representatives and job seekers.
Please take note that I am not a techie or social media expert so if there are any glitches that you notice, please feel free to inform me. Also, please remember that I work full time for more than 12 hours a day so I may not always be able to jump right into the page when you need me or when you want an answer to a question.
I don’t get paid to maintain the page or this blog. I just want to do this because labor and employment will always be one of my topics of interest and because I want to help job seekers and employers alike. I know how hard it is to find a good job and to find good employees. I hope Misorjobs.com can help in the best possible way to answer most of your needs.

I actually answered your question in the other post where you left a comment.
My answer there was:
I usually only update posts of the same (or similar) job ad once a week. This is to give a chance to other employers to top the list of job vacancies. For Country Village I often re post your job vacancy every Monday or Tuesday.
Of course, if you send job vacancy notices that are completely different from each other, I will post them no matter how often you send job notices. It is just the re posting of the same ads that I schedule once a week.
P.S. Also, I cannot immediately post job vacancies the very second that you send them in because I work full time as well. I manage Misorjobs in the afternoon where I often have some spare time. I usually post in Misorjobs from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. weekdays and 8:00 to 10:00 a.m Saturdays. All job vacancy notices that fall outside this schedule are posted the following day.
