1. TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION LINE CLEARING INSPECTORS
(LINE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT)
Qualifications:
- College graduate; any 4 year course preferably Forestry graduates or with Electrical Technology background
- At least 2 years’ experience on any public related functions.
- Possess professional Driver’s License for a 4-whell vehicle and Computer literate
Work Assignments:
- Conduct field surveys to chart vegetation location
- Measure vegetation distance with respect to T & D lines
- Provide data to programmers for the development of a Map-based Vegetation Management program.
2. COMMUNITY RELATIONS SUPERVISOR
(CUSTOMER & COMMUNITY RELATIONS DEPARTMENT)
Qualifications:
- College graduate; any 4 year course
- At least 2 years’ experience in any public related functions.
- Possess the following knowledge and skills: Analytical Skills; Communication Skills; Driving skills; Computer literate; and customer oriented.
Work Assignments:
- Preparation of Information for Dissemination (Power Interruption Notices)
- Administration of Customer Survey Results
- To facilitate the resolution of the customer complaints
- Requires a liaison work with NGOs/GO/LGUs
- Assists the Dept. Head in Planning & Implementation of Community Projects.
- Coordination & administration to Company’s annual involvement in various community activities.
- General supervision of the secretarial services
- Attending to Official Company guests/visitors
3. ASSISTANT IN-HOUSE COUNSEL
(Legal Services Department)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws and a Bar Examination Passer
Work Assignments:
- To assist the In-house Counsel in carrying out the functional activities of the Legal Services Department such as rendering legal opinion or advice; Perform legal research & services for the company; Acts as Counsel of cases before the court, tribunals, quasi-judicial bodies, other governmental bodies for and as may be authorized by the company.
4. ROW (Right-of-Way) NEGOTIATION STAFF
(Line Project Management Section)
Requirements:
- Graduate of any engineering discipline
- With exposure and familiarity in Transmission and Distribution operations and line maintenance.
- Professional Driver’s License R12
- Safety Trainings / Capability
- Negotiation
- Environmental Consciousness
- Oral and Written Communication
- Total Quality Management
Work Assignments:
- Negotiation with the property owners (ROW Easement)
- Facilitate Payment to affected lot / property / improvement owners
- Establish partnership/coordination with applicable government agencies
