Position: Technical Assistant – Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Ensure equipment reliability
- Prepare cost estimate and scope of work
- Perform utilities monitoring and submit report
- Spearhead the maintenance group
- Initiate enercon and system improvements
- Assist tenants in their inquiries/concerns
Requirements:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- At least 1 year experience in Equipment Maintenance, Project Management, HVAC or Construction
- Has background in preparing and evaluating plans, cost estimate, and quality assurance/control
- Customer service oriented and can work under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Good leadership skills
- Fresh graudates are also encouraged to apply
