Positions and Qualifications:

1. Outbound Sales Agent

As an outbound sales agent, you’ll be conducting either telephone appointment setting, event telemarketing and telephone surveys. You must be able to handle calls and navigate the computer, while providing excellent service. It can be challenging at first, but you’ll be rewarded with cash incentives as you help our clients meet their sales goals.

  • Must be at least 18 years old and above.
  • Must possess at least a High School Diploma
  • With excellent command in English language, both oral and written
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

2. Management Trainee

As a management trainee, you are tasked to perform an acting capacity role for a team leader post or an account manager. For three months, you will be trained as an outbound sales agent in order to acquaint you with the kind of job your subordinates carry out.

  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience in any leadership post from any industry
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results oriented and willing to learn
  • Full-Time positions available

3. Software Developers

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering. (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
  • Expected to have knowledge in: PHP, OOP, CSS, HTML, XHTML, Joomla, WordPress, Zencart
  • Full time positions available

4. SEO Specialists

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in a computer related course
  • Knowledge in HTML and CSS a plus
  • Knowledge in Social Media market knowledge a plus
  • With at least 6 months experience in a similar position

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor site ranking
  • Develop/submit press releases
  • Create and maintain website content
  • Re-write existing content as needed
  • Research and Recommend new SEO strategies
  • Tweak page code as needed

5. Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Operations regards to call center job requirements
  • Source and screen candidates, from staff level to management positions
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews, assessing functional and organizational fit of applicants
  • Perform background check to shortlisted candidates
  • Provide feedback to candidates regarding hiring status
  • Propose and implement recruitment projects as needed

Requirements:

  • With at least 1 year experience in Human Resources
  • Must have excellent English communication skills
  • Call Center Recruitment background is a plus
