1. SERVICE TECHNICIAN/FOREMAN

Job Summary:

  • Able to repair and service Ford vehicle and other units within Ford standard;
  • observe environmental and safety standard;
  • customer satisfaction and quality care oriented;
  • do repair and servicing to any vehicles that is on time, first time and in a professional manner;
  • observe repair order process;
  • follow and observe operational standards and procedures and company policies;
  • maximized productivity performance;
  • observe 5S sincerely and regularly;
  • exemplify good working relation with co-employees and help achieve department service over all business objectives as follow: service sales target and customer view point rate;
  • repair and servicing of different kind of units inside and outside the workshop area;
  • hours of work: 8 hours a day and is negotiable

Job Specification

  • at least two-year automotive course or more
  • at least one year experience in automotive dealership or any industry related
  • must have knowledge in repair and servicing of vehicle within Ford standard
  • basic knowledge in quality care process
  • knows how to use repair and training manuals
  • must have good skill to adjust and prioritize things in times of pressures and with relatively good in personal interaction
  • with good understanding and technical analysis to identify and evaluate the correctness of a certain job.
  • must have the right experience and troubleshooting skill
  • sufficient knowledge in automotive works as vital component to train and enhance personal performance
  • must have the understanding of the quality care process and customer’s expectations
  • should have the ability to interact with effectively
  • one who can motivate and gain respect from his subordinate by exemplifying good personal performance
  • one who can adjust to pressure and complexity

2. SERVICE ADVISOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accommodates both walk-in and scheduled clients for servicing
  • prepares and processes repair order for clients
  • implements the basic 6-interactive reception processes
  • makes all vital information in the ASLP available
  • market parts, labor, accessories and other revenue-generating services to the clients that is due and necessary to generate more sales
  • informs clients about the job done and the parts replaced in the vehicle

Job Specification:

  • at least college graduate in any courses related to automotive to ensure interest or in any business related courses
  • at least one year experience in automotive dealership or any industry related
  • at least one year experience in vehicle service reception or any marketing related works basic knowledge in quality care process
  • ability to communicate and interact well with the customer very professionally
  • must have good knowledge in the quality care process
  • computer literate and can write very effectively
  • he must have the knowledge on what, when and how to sell parts, labor and other generating services in the department
  • can exemplify good skill as to when to adjust and prioritize things when pressure comes and a good ability to handle customer’s concern when complexity comes

3. Accounting Staff/Cashier/Billing

  • Male / Female
  • a graduate of BS – Accountancy / Management Accounting or any business related course
  • must have good scholastic records
  • preferably with one to two years of relevant work experience
  • with good analytic and organization skills
  • fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

4. Service Technician (Automotive)

  • at least two-year automotive course or more
  • at least one year experience in automotive dealership or any industry related
  • must have knowledge in repair and servicing of vehicle within Ford standard
  • basic knowledge in quality care process
  • can read, speak and understand English language
  • knows how to use repair and training manuals
  • a good listener and a good follower; good in analytical skill as a vital component in diagnosing
  • must have good skill to adjust and prioritize things in times of pressures and with relatively good in personal interaction

5. BRANCH HEAD

Job Summary:

  • Oversees the entire operations of the Satellite Office
  • Supervises Sales Consultant involved in the team to hit targets

Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Ensures achievement of Sales quota, both on Vehicle Sales and Parts and Accessories
  • Supervises Sales Consultant to hit targets
  • Coordinate with General Sales Manager about the performance of the entire team
  • Plans Town Saturation to increase sales
  • Ensures that the necessary documents are complete upon the release of the unit (Terms of Payment and Credit Advice)
  • Ensures that all transactions meet the requirements prior to release of the unit and make sure that all forms/ documents are filled-up and signed by the client

Finance & Insurance:

  • Follow up Collection Status (proceeds, dealers incentive, insurance renewal)
  • Monitor and check financing application and status
  • Assigns tasks and work load for the day to Liaison Officer under supervision

Service / Parts /DCRC

  • Monitors Parts Arrival and Updates parts manager for Undelivered Parts
  • Monitors parts inventory and report to the Parts Manager any concerns
  • Oversees concern prevention and resolution process

Accounting / Admin

  • Disseminates and implements approved projects, programs and plans in the satellite office
  • Coordinates with accounting manager regarding credit and collection
  • Monitors Petty cash, Cash Disbursement, Statement of Accounts from suppliers, all released checks
  • Monitors Administrative-related expenses and the operational cost (utilities, office repairs and equipment purchases) within the Satellite Office
  • Monitors the Attendance Performance and the Over-all Performance of the personnel assigned from time to time in the Satellite Office

Job Specification:

  • graduate of Business-related or Management course
  • with at least one to two years of relevant work experience
  • With good analytical skills; computer literate
  • With above average interpersonal, planning, leadership, managerial and communication skills
