Position: RECRUITMENT & TESTING OFFICER
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
- Preferably Female, 22-35 years old
- Fluency in both oral and written English & Filipino communications
- At least 1 year experience in the same position or related function
- Knowledgeable in psychological testing administration and interpretation
- Has initiative, resourcefulness, with good interpersonal relations and problem-solving ability
- Excellent working knowledge on MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organized and can work with minimum supervision
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrating integrity and ethical behavior
- Must possess a positive, assertive, happy disposition & with pleasing personality
