IN-HOUSE SALES EXECUTIVE – CODE ISE

•  FEMALE, 23 – 30 yrs old
•A Graduate of any 4 year business course;
•  With  strong and effective interpersonal skills;
•  Well-organized and possesses a high level of administrative ability;
•  Experience in telecommunications sales, an advantage;
• Capable of and willing to do multi-tasked roles;
• Keen on details; High accuracy level.

Responsibilities:

o Presentation of products and services
o Account Management

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – CODE EA
•   FEMALE, 23 – 30 yrs old
•   Graduate of any 4 year business course;
•   Well – organized and possesses a high level of administrative ability;
•   Preferably with at least one (1) year experience;
•   Adept at scheduling events and managing calendars
•   Well-versed on preparing reports and correspondents
•   With analytical and critical thinking skills

AUTOCAD OPERATOR – CODE CAD

•   Preferably a graduate of B.S. in  Architecture or Civil Engineering;
•   Proficient in rendering using 3D Max, Sketch up, Autocad, etc.
•   Well-organized to keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents;
•   Capable of and willing to do multi-tasking;
•   Keen on details;
•   With strong interpersonal skills;

Responsibilities:
o   Rendering
o   Responsible for preparing      construction documents and design.

INTERIOR DESIGNER – CODE IE
•  23-30 years old;
•  A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Interior Design;
•  Excellent communication skills both written and oral;
•  High levels of creativity, imagination and vision;
•  Must be detail-oriented with Strong Organizational Skills;
•  Has a keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects to their conclusion;

OPERATIONS MANAGER – CODE OM
•  27-40 years old;
•  Graduate of any 4-year business course;
•  With 5 years working experience preferably in construction;
•  Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done;
•  Knows how to demonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff groups and projects or initiatives;
•  Has the ability to motivate and lead a team;
•  Excellent in motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, and identifying the best people for the job.

SALES MANAGER – CODE SM

•  27- 40 years old;
•  Graduate of any 4 year business related course;
•  At least five (5) year Sales experience with regular field work.
•  Excellent in sales and negotiation skills;
•  Has the ability to motivate and lead the sales team;
•  Excellent communication skills both written and oral;
•  With coaching, mentoring, planning and “people” skills;
•  Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
