Kitchen Manager

•Male/Female
•Associate Degree Holder of any 1 or 2-year Course, preferably in Food Technology, or and Food-related course/ Bachelor’s Degree Holder preferably in the Hospitality field; Hotel & Restaurant Management/Culinary Degree is an advantage
•At least 1 year experience in supervising a food service operation
•At least 2 years in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook and expediter
•Having full knowledge and understanding on food safety and sanitation

Dining Manager

Qualification

•Male/Female
•Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any 4-year course, preferably in the Hospitality field; Hotel & Restaurant Management is an advantage
•At least 2 years experience in supervising a food chain or restaurant.
•Having full knowledge and understanding on Food Service
•Having full knowledge and understanding on food safety and sanitation
•Excellent in customer relations
•Having the ability to analyze problems and arriving at decisions which are factual, sound, and reasonable
•Having the ability to communicate the company’s goals to others, and can generate the support and cooperation of others to achieving company’s goals
•A team-player and has a good leadership skills that would motivate people, foster good working relationships, manage performance of others, and effectively address workplace conflicts;
•Good in oral and written communication skills
