We offer a wide range of voice and non-voice outsourced campaigns such as telemarketing, customer service, technical support, backend office management, data entry and transcription. Our clientele market covers North America, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
We are currently hiring for:

1.) CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ( CSR) for CEBU

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide answers to inquiries involving a company’s product or services to enhance the
level of customer satisfaction.

2. Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues.

3. Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request.

Qualifications:

1.Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Customer service account experience is an advantage.
4. Must be sharp and aggressive.
5. Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills.
6. Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply.
7. Willing to work night shifts.
8. Full time positions.

2.) CUSTOMER SALES SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establishes rapport to business representatives
2. Markets the company’s products to interested business owners/representatives as outbound opener.
3. Provide necessary information involving the company’s product or services
4. Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field
2. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
3. At least 1 year sales experience
4. At least 2 years BPO experience
5. Must be sharp and aggressive.
6. Excellent organizational skills
7. Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills.
8. Willing to work night shifts.
9. Full time positions.

3.) RECRUITMENT OFFICER for CDO Based

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
2. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
3. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
4. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
5. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
6. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedule
7. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
8.Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
9.Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
10. Monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
11. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications:

1. College graduate of any 4-year course
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Keen to details
4. Can work with less supervision
5. Confident and able to socialize
6. No work experience required
7. Open to fresh graduates
8. Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

4.) TECHNICAL SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for CEBU (who speaks: ENGLISH, CANTONESE, JAPANESE and MANDARIN)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
2. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
3. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
4. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues
5. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field (IT related course is an advantage)
2. At least 1 year experience as a TSR
3. Excellent English communication skills
4. Keen to details
5. Must be sharp and aggressive
6. Computer-literate with at least 45wpm typing skills
7. Willing to work night shifts
8. Full time positions

FOR BILINGUAL SPEAKERS

1. Excellent Mandarin Communication skills and English Communication Skills
2.Excellent  Japanese Communication skills and English Communication Skills
3. Excellent Cantonese Communication skills and English Communication Skills
4. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate,

5.) Training Associates

Job Responsibilities

1.  Manages training deliver services to achieve performance goals
2.  Implements all training courses as scheduled
3.  Supervises trainees reporting to her/him to ensure they meet performance standards
4.  Creates individual development plans for each trainee reporting to him/her
5.  Creates new courses as necessary and evaluate existing ones
6.  Recommends necessary revisions to existing training courses and possible areas requiring
training courses.
7.  Promoting an open knowledge-sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.

Qualifications

1.  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Linguistics/Languages, Mass
2. Communications, Others or equivalent.
3.  No work experience required.
4.  Knowledge on different methods of Training/Teaching
5.  Excellent Communication Skills
6.  Excellent Interpersonal Skills
7.  Open to fresh graduates
8.  Willing to work on night shift schedule
9.  Full-Time position available.
