RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
– Assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
– Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager
– Supervise Sales Representatives
REQUIREMENTS:
– Male/Female, 24-36 years old
– College graduate
– Excellent in communications at all levels using effective oral and written skills
– Has proven sales track records
– Can develop and implement outstanding sales strategies
– Considerable experience in supervising with large companies of at least 1-3 years, ideally in the same environment
– Highly analytical, driven, flexible, and has strong leadership skills
– Willing to travel
– Must know how to drive with professional driver’s license
