Qualification and Experience
– A good university degree in Marketing or Business Studies.
– At least 5 years experience in Sales of which a minimum of 2 years must be in sales management.
– have excellent inter-personal skills.
– Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
– Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
– Must have verifiable track record.
– A valid driver’s license.
– Should not be less than 30 years old.
