Requirements:

2. Management Trainee
Requirements:
-Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Major in Animal Nutrition/ Animal Production/ Animal Husbandry or equivalent -Male/Female, 22 to 30 years old
-Has at least 1 year related work experience in any industrial plant or poultry industry and facilitate in similar capacity
-Experience working and handling animal feeds is an advantage
-Willing to travel and assigned in Cagayan de Oro, Cebu or IloIlo City
-Possesses above average leadership skills, has sound judgement and has good decision making capabilities
-Has superior analytical skills and good interpersonal/communication skills
-Candidate must have pleasing personality -Knows how to drive and has valid professional driver’s license

3. Premix Crew (under agency)
Requirements:
-Knowledgeable in weighing products
-Candidate must be graduate of high school or college level
-Must be a resident of Baloy or Tablon
-Male, 19-30 years old
-Candidate must know how to communicate well and has experienced on such position

4. IT Specialist
Requirements:
-Candidate must be a graduate of BS in Information Technology/Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or equivalent
-Male/Female, not more than 30 years old
-Candidate must have pleasing personality, good in written and oral communication skills and has good leadership skills and can work under pressure -Willing to start immediately

5. HARVEST COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
-Responsible in making sure that birds are harvested as scheduled and harvested birds are accounted properly.
-Prepares detailed per trip schedule of harvest.
-Coordinates with Sales and Dressing Plant on harvest schedule.
-Relay to truckers the detailed harvest and follows up and monitor compliance to harvest schedules.
-Generate report of harvest
-Verify all documents related to harvest
Requirements:
-Must be a graduate of BS in Agriculture major in Animal Science
-Experience is an advantage -Computer Literate
-Good Collaboration and Coordination Skills
-Able to communicate well
-Can work long hours
-Fresh Graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

6. Maintenance Engineer
Requirements:
• Male, not more than 35 years old
• Candidate must be a graduate of BS In Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Licensed EE/ME is advantage
• Candidate must understand and know how machines work, mechanical function of the machineries
• Candidate must have good leadership skills, oral and written communication skills and can work under pressure
• Willing to be assigned in the farm as stay-in employee

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Economics/Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent

-Knowledgeable in SAP is advantage
-Has above average analytical skills

Requirements:
