Accounting Supervisor
Qualifications/Skills required:

-Certified Public Accountant
-Open for fresh board exam passers
-Supervision, Audit, Managing Processes, Reporting, Attention to Detail, General Math Skills
Job Description:
> supervise the overall accounting process and activities of the
> company, maintaining
all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to, cash receipts, expenditures, investments, purchasing, inventory, assets, payroll.
> ensure proper recording of transactions and correct the irregularities
> in any of the accounting entries establish and maintain internal
> control procedures assist in the development and maintenance of
> financial reporting systems to ensure integrity of finances based on
> sound accounting procedures and controls foster a working environment that promotes positive and effective work habits ensure that performance evaluations of supervised employees are completed as required, provides continuous feedback on personnel performance issues, and takes immediate action to recognize achievements and address deficiencies or problems.
> immediately act on requests, suggestions, and complaints concerning
> accounting policies nurture a work culture that promotes open,
> frequent and dynamic communication among staff, stimulating teamwork
> to accomplish desired goals and objectives assist in the preparation
> of the annual budget comply with tax required reports supervise all
> month-end and year-end accounting procedures including preparation and
> entry of journal entries for Subsidiary and General Ledger
