1. RESTAURANT AND BANQUET SUPERVISOR

– FEMALE, NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OLD
– GRADUATE OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
– WITH 1 YEAR SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL AND RESTAURANT
– COMPUTER LITERATE
– GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS (ENGLISH & FILIPINO)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
– Conducts periodic coordination meeting among staff to communicate announcements, assignment, special orders and memos.
– Ensures proper and quality set-up and preparation before function
– Receives all BEO ( Banquet Event Orders ) from the Marketing Department and prepares Pre and Post Function Checklist for each BEO received.
– Assigns manpower for each function and requests for additional manpower if necessary.
– Monitor and checks actual set-up of function room.
– Responsible for ensuring excellent service provided for every meal, function, or catering served by the Hotel.
– Supervises all banquet staff during functions and coordinates all works.
– Checks food quality – presentation, quantity, and taste – before they are served
– Respond to special guest request and endorses special requests above limits of authority to the resident manager.
– Ensures fast and accurate billing of all functions
– Informs regular waiters of price updates and additional orders for every function
– Ensures all additional charges are approved and verified by the authorized guest representative
– Checks billing statements before they are forwarded to the accounting department or to the guest
– Checks and summarizes billing statements from the outlet
– Coordinates the execution of an efficient post function clean-up
– Counts equipment and materials and updates the Pre and Post Function Checklist
– Ensures proper handling and storage of equipment and materials used
– Monitors and checks the quality of the function room clean-up
– Note any damages on the function room and coordinate for corrective action ( repairs )
– Ensures that all supplies, equipment, and materials of the outlet and banquet section are secured and properly maintained
– Conducts weekly inventory of all equipment and materials
– Conducts monthly maintenance or general cleaning of equipment and materials
– Investigate and report losses and damages.
– Coordinate for the replenishment of supplies, and loss materials.
– Canvass and recommend supplies, materials and equipment
– Conducts monthly general cleaning of the function rooms.
– Training and evaluation of all staff
– Skill and customer service training for regular waiters, on call waiters and OJT’s
– Procedure training for regular waiters, on call waiters and OJT’s
– Orientation of “DO’s and DON’Ts” to all staff
– Periodic evaluation of waiters and final evaluation of OJT’s
– Prepares report
– Prepares and submits weekly manpower request or manpower assignments to the resident manager
– Prepares and submits a weekly activity report and inventory report
– Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the resident manager.
NOTE: Other duties as assigned by management

2. BOOKKEEPER

– FEMALE, NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OLD
– GRADUATE OF ANY BUSINESS RELATED COURSE
– COMPUTER LITERATE
– WITH EXPERIENCE IN PEACHTREE

Specific Responsibilities
– Record Sales
– Prepare billing statement
– Record Collections
– Record Deposits
– Prepare Customer Ledgers
– Prepare Purchase Order
– Record Receipt of stocks/ inventory ( R.R )
– Prepare Payments ( Checks and Check Vouchers )
– Record Withdrawals
– Safekeeping or maintenance of source documents
– Performs all other duties as required by management

3. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

– FEMALE, NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OLD
– GRADUATE OF BUSINESS RELATED COURSE
– WITH EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISORY FIELD IS AN ADVANTAGE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Responsible for compliance for procedure, cleanliness of warehouse, repacking areas, B.O. areas, unloading areas, and carton area.
– Ensures that all the stocks are clean, organizes, and balanced.
– Ensures that there will be no unauthorized persons are loitering in the bodega and B.O. area.
– Responsible in handling the checkers, the receiving in-charge, the releasing team, the warehouse in charge, warehousemen and lastly, the repackers. Makes sure that they are aware about their roles and responsibilities.
– Ensures procedures for receiving, checking, releasing (to counter, selling area and B.O. to suppliers) and warehouse storing are followed. (*not authorized to receive, check or release stocks. But is mandated to ensure procedures are followed).
– Ensures no abandoned, forgotten stocks are found outside specifically along loading areas and hallways.
– Keep stamps at the end of the day.
– Keeps all logbooks at the end of the day.
– Ensures stock cards are updated by WIC real time.
– Coordinates or works with the Warehouse Auditor to ensure stocks are balanced.
– Coordinates with Warehouse Auditor for the sale of scraps. (*not authorized to make transaction without audit).
– Conducts planning with purchasing and WIC for stock placement especially peak season.
– Coordinates with HR for hiring, disciplinary measures, manpower evaluation and manpower planning for peak season.
– Coordinates with CRD Supervisor for carton, packaging requirement for peak season.

4. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE/HR OFFICER

– FEMALE, NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OLD
– GRADUATE OF PSYCHOLOGY OR BUSINESS RELATED COURSE
– COMPUTER LITERATE

5. F.O./ WAITER/ ROOM ATTENDANT/ LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR
– FEMALE, NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OLD
– GRADUATE OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT COURSE
– COMPUTER LITERATE

6. COOK

– MALE, NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OLD
– CULINARY GRAUATE
– WITH EXPERIENCE IN CATERING AND BANQUET SERVICES

7. CAKE MAKER/BAKER

– MALE, NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OLD
– WITH EXPERIENCE IN BAKING AND PASTRIES

8. STORE SUPERVISOR

– FEMALE, NOT MORE THAN 35 YEARS OLD
– GRADUATE OF BUSINESS RELATED COURSE
– WITH EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISORY FIELD IS AN ADVANTAGE
