1. BRANCH HEAD
Responsible for the overall operations of the dealership and will ensure attainment of optimum sales performance and excellent customer service. Ensures effective implementation of marketing, promotions and standard operating procedures of the company.
– has a degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course
– 3 to 5 years relevant experience in a related field required for this position
– With outstanding leadership, interpersonal and team-building skills
– With managerial and administrative experience
2. ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
Supervise the entire operation of the Accounting Department.
– a graduate of BSC – Accountancy
– with five years of relevant work experience
– with above average analytic and organization skills
3. SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Overseeing the Service, Parts and Accessories and DCRC operations; ensures the implementation of company policies and workshop internal policies; operation planning and business forecast; technician skills analyst by identifying training needs.
– preferably graduate of Mechanical Engineering or any related course
– with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
– with above average communication and interpersonal skills
– organized, systematic and has good negotiating and people-management skills
Familiarity with Automotive and Technical aspects of the operations
