MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
1.Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.
2.Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
3.Establishing mechanical development best practices and driving continual process improvements
4.Recommending new technologies, tools, materials, interconnect, and manufacturing techniques to achieve state-of-the-art mechanical solutions

Qualifications:
1.Engineering Graduate
2.Preferably licensed engineer
3.Willing to travel
4.Driving skills is an advantage
5.Proficient in Mechanics Subject
6.Has a basic passion on trucks and cars
7.Has knowledge on structural drawing and designs
8.Willing to be trained in the field of trucks, trailers, building structures and the like
9.Can supervise people
10.With excellent written and oral communication skills
11.With strong leadership traits
