Customer Service Officer
Qualification:
-Female 21-35 years old
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– With experienced in car dealership is an advantage.

Customer Service Officer Duties and Responsibilities.
Aftersales:
1. Proactive System:
• Generate/Extract call sheet for Proactive call.
• Manage the appointment booking schedule every day.
• Reconfirmation of appointment the day before the scheduled appointment and 15mins before the schedule appointment.
• Monitor and inform the new client/s on their first Maintenance Check-up based on the date of release.
• Service reminder for the next Maintenance Service.
• Remind customer on Service Recommendations.
• Proactive calls on TSB’s and FSA.
• Schedule repairs of units out of the dealership when parts arrive.
• Assist Service Adviser in receiving and releasing of units.
• Monitors Daily UR’s ( Unit Received / Unit Released )
• Plots the Appointment Schedule on the Welcome Board.
• Generates Daily Appointment Schedule

2. Customer Follow up calls and inquiry:
• Post Service follow up call 2 days after the release
• Ensure that the feedback box is available and make sure Service customers fill in the Feedback Survey forms and collect them for submission to CS-AM.
• Send greetings to customers ( Birthday, Festive Holidays )
Sales:
• Handover Process
• Aftersales call 3 days after the delivery of unit
• Ensure that the feedback box is available and make sure Sales customers fill in the Feedback Survey forms and collect them for submission to CS-AM

Showroom and Customer Lounge:

• Ensure that refreshment and beverages are available.
• Ensure that Showroom area is neat and tidy and magazines, newspaper are updated and properly displayed.
• Ensure that customer area and amenities are neat and tidy.
• Maintain Showroom Standards.
• Follow up on works to be done after audit

General Job:

• Answering general inquiries, phone calls, text and email inquiries.
• Proactive calls on promos and special events.
• Monitors and attends to concerns and compliments; investigate and make recommendations on suspected problem areas.
• Develop and improve customer relations’ skills on and off the job that are essential to achieving excellent customer service.
• Consider suggestions for performance improvement concerning customer service issues.
• Define, prioritize, and study processes to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Prepares report of vehicle service transactions.
• Responsible in updating of customer database, information and service records.
• Prepares Daily UR and Proactive Report.
• Performs other duties as required by the CS.
