MINDANAO INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL SERVICES, INC., an ICTSI Group Company engaged in developing, managing and operating the Mindanao International Containier Terminal located at MCT Complex, PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental is in need of the following:
*CMS ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE FOREMAN*
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electro-Mechanical / Electrical) related fields
• At least two (2) years working experience in leading people
• Able to exercise good judgment, critical thinking and decision making skills
• Must be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate/able to use standard software programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
• Able to drive a four-wheel vehicle with valid driver’s license, an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plans, assigns, schedules, and supervises the work of electricians, mechanical technicians and maintenance personnel.
• Conducts inspections and gives on-site supervision on hazardous or unusual work assignments; assures availability of equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Estimates labor, materials, and cost required for projected jobs; keeps cost and job records, initiates requisitions for supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Enforces safety regulations, rules, and working conditions.
• Prepares and submits maintenance reports, work orders and work requests.
*MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN*
Requirements:
• Graduate of any college degree course such as Mechanical Engineering/Technology or any related discipline and/or any TESDA-accredited vocational related course
• At least one (1) year-related experience in mechanical maintenance, mechanical installation, and instrumentation
• Result oriented/able to achieve the target within given time
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Has basic troubleshooting skills in hydraulic system and automotive parts
• Has basic technical knowledge on lifting equipment’s mechanical system, critical components and the appropriate maintenance, inspection and testing
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
*COMPANY DRIVER/MESSENGER*
Requirements:
• Graduate of any Business related courses
• With valid professional driver’s license and good driving record
• Has good interpersonal/social skill; client/costumer relation
• Has positive attitude, self-motivated, honest and with good moral character
• Maintains high level of integrity and reliability
• Good English verbal and written communication
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reports directly to the Accounting Head.
2. Submits billings, collects payments and other accounting-related documents to and from the clients.
3. Performs all messengerial assignments of the department.
4. Provides general office assistance to the department.
5. Responsible for the proper operation, care and maintenance of vehicles assigned to the department.
