1. REGISTERED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Successful applicants will handle the position of a CADET ENGINEER or AUTOCAD OPERATOR.
Other Qualifications:
• With Basic Electric Transmission & Distribution System, SCADA System; and Distribution Automation familiarization; and with Basic AutoCAD applications knowledge.
Work assignments include the following:
• Conduct preliminary engineering studies and researches relative to transmission and distribution materials improvement to enhance operational efficiency
• Do research & development to ensure supply adequacy and to improve reliability of distribution lines
• Development of detailed implementation plans of the company’s major distribution system or special projects
• Drafting of substation plans;
• Drafting of other Transmission & Distribution Plans
2. BILLING STAFF
Qualifications:
• Any college degree preferably Communications Course
• At least one (1) year experience in customer service particularly in attending to phoned-in queries or related works.
• Possess the following knowledge and skills: Human Relations; Communication Skills; Computer literacy; and customer oriented.
Work assignments:
• Prepare, review, check and generate billing documents for distribution to concerned departments for customer payment purposes
• Update and maintain billing data in the system to support in maintaining effective revenue collection.
3. SYSTEM OPERATIONS SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
• Registered Electrical Engineer
• At least one (1) year related experience
• Technically inclined
• With Good communication skills, Analytical skills & Computer literate
Work assignments include the following:
• Resolution of Emergency Line Troubles and Switching Works
• Resolution of Power Quality and Loading Problems
• Determination and implementation of the most economical power supply mix
• Administrative function: supervises crew and coordinates for provision on line material requirements
• Reports preparation
4. DSD QUALITY INSPECTOR
District Services Dept. – Tagoloan
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Electrical Engineering
• With Professional Driver’s License R12
• Computer literate
Work assignments include the following:
• Conduct field inspection/evaluation of CEPALCO’s contracting services for meter and service drop installation to ensure completeness of service materials installed & safe installation.
• Advise inspection findings
• Attend to service applicants’ queries
5. SCADA TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
• Graduate of 2 to 3 year Technical course
• At least one (1) year related experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair control systems & components
• Experience in Computer networking
Work assignments include the following:
• Installation of substation gateway/RTU, I/Os & instruments related to substation & feeder automation projects
• Maintenance of substation gateway/RTU, I/Os & instruments & SCADA computer systems
• Maintenance of communication systems related to feeder & substation automation.
• Providing support to SCADA hardware & Software specialist
• Providing 24/7 callout support for SCADA system
6. REGISTERED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER, MECHANICAL ENGINEER and ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER
Successful applicants will handle the position of a GMS TECHNICAL STAFF.
Qualifications:
• The Electrical Engr. must have relevant experience in operation and maintenance of all electrical, auxiliary and the Electro-mechanical components of all equipment of the Building Facility system including: Transformer, LVSG, panel boards, ATS, MDF, UPS; and the electrical components of the Security system .
• The Electronics & Communications Engr. must have experience in operations relevant to the building facility’s electronics and monitoring system which includes B/FMS, FDAS and the Security monitoring system (CCTV).
• The Mechanical Engr. must have experience relevant to mechanical equipment and machineries of a building; e.g. centralized cooling equipment; the individually installed ACU; Elevators; water distribution system, including the Fire Protection system; the Power House; and the STP. Must be good in oral and written communication
• Must have people-handling skills
