1. QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Qualification:
•Male, not more than 45 years old.

•At least a college level of Civil Engineering or Civil Technologies, preferably industry.

•At least one (1) year experience in related field, preferably in cement or ready-mix concrete industries.

•Understand concrete technology level 1 covering concrete raw material testing, concrete sampling, curing and testing.

•Ability to work with productively with minimum supervision.

•Ability to work in high pressure situations under tight deadlines.

•Ability to maintain knowledge of best practices and learn new and changing regulatory requirements

•Willing to be assigned in Misamis Oriental

2. Loader Operator ( Misamis Oriental)

Job Description:

•Mobile Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient operation and maintenance of the front end loader in order to provide material for the production of concrete.

•Operate loader to continuously fill bins with material to keep pace with production.

•Operate loader to stockpile incoming material and keeping the yard orderly and the material stacked.

•Inspect the loader daily for any pre, during or post maintenance needs.

•Perform routine and preventative maintenance on loader as required.

•Assist batch plant operator in cleaning and maintenance of plant.

Qualification:

•Graduate of any vocational or certificate course; or has attended at least 2 years of college education. A Bachelor’s Degree is an advantage.

•Male, at least 20 – 43 yrs old.

•Have at least 1 year working experience as Loader Operator

•Reasonable knowledge of Loader and other heavy equipment.

•Reasonable knowledge in Road construction materiels, Road construction process and industrial requirements

•Willing to be assigned in Misamis Oriental

3. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- Misamis Oriental.

Job Description:

•Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.

•Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.

•Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.

•Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

•Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

•Provides information by answering questions and requests.

•Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

•Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.

•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification:

•Female 5’2″ in height, at least 20 – 27 yrs old.

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.

•At least 6 months relevant experience, with pleasing personality.

•Must be computer literate and has basic knowledge of MS Operating Systems.

•Applicant must be willing to work in Misamis Oriental.
