-At least three (3) years experience as restaurant manager/supervisor or executive chef
-Knowledge in various fields of work related to running a restaurant such as, but not limited to: Strategic Planning, HR, Accounting, Equipment maintenance, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing, Cooking/kitchen operations, Production controls, Security and Etc…
-Good interpersonal relationship
-at least 28 years of age
