1. Drivers
– Driver’s license with the following restrictions:
a. 1, 2, and 3 for straight trucks
b. 1, 2, 3, and 8 for trailer trucks
– 2 years driving experience for straight truck’s driver
– 3 years driving experience for trailer trucks driver
– Must be at least a high school graduate
– Physically fit to drive

2. Engineer
– College Graduate
– Preferably licensed engineer
– Willing to travel
– Driving skills is an advantage
– Proficient in Mechanics Subject
– Has a basic passion on trucks and cars
– Has knowledge on structural drawing and designs
– Willing to be trained in the field of trucks, trailers, building structures and the like
– Can supervise people
– With excellent written and oral communication skills
– With strong leadership traits
