TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
Ebusiness BPO, Inc. is a fast growing call center and outsourcing firm based in Cebu City, Philippines. We offer a wide range of voice and non-voice outsourced campaigns such as telemarketing, customer service, technical support, backend office management, data entry and transcription. Our clientele market covers North America, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
We are currently hiring for:
TSR for Cebu
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
2. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
3. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
4. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues
5. Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field (IT related course is an advantage)
2. Excellent English communication skills
3. Keen to details
4. Must be sharp and aggressive
5. Computer-literate with at least 45wpm typing skills
6. Willing to work night shifts
7. Full time positions
8. Willing to be in Cebu
