– preferably female
– a graduate of marketing, business course or any 4 year course
– at least 6 months work experience as a Sales Officer or any related work experience
– with marketing and sales experience in a real estate industry is an advantage
– can work quickly and accurately to deliver fast and efficient service to customers without sacrificing the quality of work
– good in oral and written communication skills
– excellent Customer Relations skills
– a computer literate
– flexible in schedule availability
– can handle work under pressure
– has the ability to perform tasks in the standard way at all times
– hardworking, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, fast, efficient, neat, honest, and a team-player
