Job Description:
– Responsible with the strategic providing of pool for applicants in the Group of Companies.
– Provide timely potential candidates for specific vacancies to requesting departments.
– Responsible for conducting New Employee Orientations and other trainings intended to provide continuous growth for all employees.
– Should upgrade recruitment systems based on what is fitted in the culture, to date.
– Creation and submission of Employee data.
– Creation and dissemination of job advertisements.
– Other responsibilities that may be additionally assigned by immediate head.
Requirements:
– Candidate must possess at least a – Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology , Human Resource Management, or equivalent
– Female, 22-30 years old.
– Must be proficient in Oral, Written and Interpersonal skills
– Must have knowledge in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– Recruitment/ Selection and Training experiences, are an edge.
– Willing to travel across Philippines.
– Well driven and highly motivated.
– Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro.
– Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
