RESTAURANT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
•To oversee the overall operation of the store and be held accountable on all its deliverables to management with respect to the results of the key management systems which include but not limited to the following:
a.Personnel Management
b.Stocks and Inventory Management
c.Maintenance Management
d.Funzone
e.Administrative
•Oversee the excellent implementation of the Birthday Party/Functions Program.
•Develop, implement, and evaluate effectiveness of the Dine-In, Take-Out, and Delivery Programs.
Requirements:
•30 – 40 years old
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
•Must be results-oriented with strong desire to excel and posses very high personal standards. Must have pleasing personality, good inter-personal and communication skills.
•Should possess strong sense of leadership and management skills.
•Must be very knowledgeable in Restaurant Operation, Financial Planning & Management (Store P&L and Budget Preparation). Adept in LSM and “must” be very “Guest-Service” oriented.
•Must be flexible, analytical and can deal with people from different levels of the organization.
•Computer Literacy is a must.
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Store Manager specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
