2. CG BROILER FARM TECHNICIAN
Requirements:

Requirements:
-Candidate must be a graduate of BS Food Technology/ Biology/ Chemistry or equivalent

Requirements:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Implement QA in accordance with audits of products and process.
-Supervise all regulations on food safety, take on all required apparels of all food handlers, and give enforcement to staff on practicing Good Manufacturing Practices.
-Direct and conduct things in accordance with all required regulatory standards, and other required customer requirements.
-Make sure that training is given to all food handlers of the departments so that they can well perform assigned task effectively.
-Set up the general requirements for QA specifications and standards for materials, processes as well finished products for customer’s satisfaction.
