Mazda – Cagayan de Oro is looking for individuals with the following qualifications:
JOB SUMMARY:
Overseeing the Service, Parts and Accessories and DCRC operations; ensures the implementation of company policies and workshop internal policies; operation planning and business forecast; technician skills analyst by identifying training needs.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
1. preferably graduate of Mechanical Engineering
2. with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
3. with above average communication and interpersonal skills
4. organized, systematic and has good negotiating and people-management skills
5.familiarity with Automotive and Technical aspects of the operations
