Qualifications:
– Preferably BS Psychology graduate
– Excellent decision making skills
– Good verbal and communication skills
– Computer literate
– Fast Learner
– HR and Timekeeping background
Responsibilities:
– The incumbent shall be responsible for managing the South Mindanao Operations and Office Staff
– Responsible for training of all employees under his/her area (both deployed and office based)
– Issuance of delinquent employee
– Sales & marketing
– Ensures safety and well-being of employees
– Ensure continued and seamless operations
– Enforcement of company policies
– Support in the client set-up
– Facilitate compliance as agreed with client
