***1- Plant Administrative Officer***

Objective of the Role: The Plant Admin Officer provides administrative support to the Construction Plant Manager and day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

-Maintenance of filing and documentation with the projects (soft and hard copies); -Assisting in preparation of completion reports -Manage minor office related procurement processes (for fuel supply, stationary provision, vehicle servicing, utilities, minor purchases for all project activities); -Organization of training, seminars, project opening ceremonies, site inspections, etc.
-Raise requisitions on behalf of the projects for all processes (i.e. HR, assets, works contracts, etc.); -Liaise with Finance department and Procurement/Logistics departments in tracking commitments and disbursements; -Maintenance and preparation of documentation for Audit purposes and support Auditors during any on-site and off-site audits; -Assist in visa procedures for project international consultants/ staff/ visitors as needed.
-Provide logistical arrangements for project-related travel (transportation, accommodation etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In addition to preparing grilled foods, a grill chef may also be called up to fry, bake or even microwave meat, poultry and fish dishes as part of their duties. A grill cook is also sometimes responsible for preparing these dishes prior to being cooked, which may involve cutting or carving meat, fish or poultry; as well as assembling, measuring, and mixing other ingredients for each particular dish.
A grill cook may work independently or may be in charge of supervising a small team of assistants. Other tasks that a grill cook may be charged with include ensuring that ingredients are stored properly and maintaining an inventory of food and other items needed for the grill station.
