A leading manufacturer of Marca Leon high quality cooking oils is in need of:

1. Internal Audit Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Work with the audit manager in developing annual audit plan and coordination of audit activities.
• Performs audits for business operations, finances, compliance, with policies and procedures. Review and evaluate work papers and determine compliance in accordance with auditing standards and company policies.
• Oversee audit planning and reporting activities according to established policies, instructions and assists employees on difficult assignments; encourages innovations, and guides others towards goal.
• Coordinate the various planning phases of an engagement, including staff requirements, scheduling and the assignments of work by other audit staff and Industrial Engineers.
• Supervise audit team to ensure quality and on-time delivery of reports. Review the audit or other work programs and time budgets. Analyze and resolve issues in a timely fashion.
• Regularly evaluate performance of audit staffs and provide appropriate feedback.
• Review reports and financial statements and tax returns.

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Accountancy, CPA
At least 5 years of working experience
Deliver results in timely manner
Familiar with the operations in a manufacturing industry Computer Literate (MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS) Keen on details Understands the business

2. MARKETING COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• New product developments / Research and Developments
• Brand equity developments
• Projects Management, Public Relations and Special Events
• Creative development of non-traditional marketing channels
• Do Sales analysis and market research
• Develop new business and non-traditional market channels

Requirements:

• College Graduate with degree in either Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relation, Advertising, Food Technology or Engineering courses
• Must possess excellent negotiating, communication (oral and written), report writing, and presentation skills
• Experience in cooking demonstration and other baking and / or culinary activities an advantage.
• Candidate must be proactive, honest, organized, resourceful, efficient and an “out of the box” thinker
• Skilled in powerpoint, excel and graphic design applications.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Willing to work during Saturdays.
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu.
• Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are welcome to apply.

3. Credit and Collection Assistant

Responsibilities:

Reconcile accounts receivables
Conduct credit investigation
Follow-up collection
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
With one year related experience in related field
With strong experience in reconciliation of accounts receivables
With strong analytical skills and keen to details
Excellent in writing business correspondence
Can communicate well
Can start immediately

4. Treasury Assistant

Must be a graduate of Accounting/Management Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce or equivalent
Must have at least three years of working experience specializing in Treasury.
Must have good customer service
Must be keen on details
Must be good in planning and organizing
Must observe proper work standards
Must have high regard to work ethics

5. Logistics Assistant

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year business related course (preferably a graduate of AB Economics)
• Must have good scholastic record
• Must have a “follow through” attitude
• Must be good in planning
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must know how to use resources efficiently
• Must have high regard to good work ethics

6. Logistics Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Candidate is a graduate of any 4 year business related bachelor’s degree course.
• Minimum of 4-5 years work experience related to Logistics or other related work.
• Has initiative, hardworking, enthusiastic and well adjusted person.
• Willing to work longer hours.
• Computer literate is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods. Coordinate and control the delivery cycle and associated information systems.
• Monitor Stock availability, trends, needs, and make projections to forecast sales requests, make arrangements, and deliver requirements on time.
• Forecast stock levels, delivery times and transport costs.
• Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or services with Users, vendors, and others to determine cause of problems and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyze logistical problems and produce new solutions.
• Maintenance of trucks and other vehicle.

7. Finance/ Tax Analyst

Responsibilities:

Analyze the company’s financial reports and performance
Check the company’s tax compliance
Update on BIR rulings and regulations

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant
Must have a significant work experience skewed in taxation for at least 3 years
Must have a good academic background
Must be keen on details Must be willing to be assigned in Cagayan de Oro City
Deliver results in a timely manner

8. Finished Goods Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

Receives/ Checks stocks
Conduct actual daily inventory
Submit daily variance report
Prepare all stocks for loading in the staging area
Check all products for dispatch and loading advice for stocks confirmation
Prepare order for walk-in costumers

Requirements:

Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
Must have at least 1 to 2 years experience in dispatch
Must be computer literate Must be good in oral and written communication
Must be flexible in work schedule
Can handle stress
