– Ability to train employees to perform effectively

SERVICE SUPERVISOR
– At least 28 – 40 years old
– Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical), Automotive Technology or equivalent
– Experience in car dealerships or service center is an advantage
– Knowledgeable in Diesel and Gasoline Engine, basic to advance auto electrical
– Can diagnose engine, electrical and air-con problems
– Must possess strong leadership, organization and coordination skills
– Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees
– Must be computer literate
– Must have a valid driver’s license.
3. URGENT HIRING
SALES MANAGER – Suzuki Auto Cagayan
– At least 30 years old
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
– With strong communication skills to deal with customers and employees as they represent the dealership
– Should be well organized so he/she can handle both sales and managerial duties
– With experience in other auto dealers
– Also completes vehicle inventories, sales reports and invoices, and other documents released under his/her watch.
– Promote professionalism in dealing with day-to-day work in his office and even in dealing with clients.
– Results driven, mature, independent and possess self-initiative
– Proficient in Microsoft office skills
