IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Main Responsibilities:
•Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
•Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
•Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems. and appropriate software
•Knows how to maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities.
•Could read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support
•Answer users’ inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems in coordination with the Hardware Administrator.
•Knows how to maintain inventory records
Job Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
•At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
