1. OPERATIONS MANAGER
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Male or Female, 30-35 years old
• Graduate of BS Marketing, Management or any related course.
• With at least 2 years experience in the same capacity
• With pleasing personality and excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Aggressive, flexible, dynamic and creative
• Willing to do field work
• Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel)
2. Retail Sales Staff
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate or at least college level preferably engineering or electrical course or other business related courses.
• With 6 months experience in retail selling
• Male or Female, at least 5’4 in height, 20-35 years old
• With pleasing personality, good selling and interpersonal skills.
• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
• Able to manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Willing to be trained
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and during holidays
• Computer literate (Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel)
3. Sales Agent
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any 4-year Business course, ECE, EE or any related course
• Having Technical Knowledge is a plus (audio/video/PRO system & PA system)
• With at least 1-2years experience in the same capacity
• With pleasing personality, possessing negotiation/presentation skills (Communication proficiency)
• Aggressive, flexible, dynamic and creative
• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
• With mode of transportation is a plus
• Willing to do field work
• Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel)
4. Technical Field Staff
. Graduate of Engineering or any related course.
. Has Technical Knowledge (audio/video/PRO system & PA system)
. Primarily responsible on installations & support tech management onsite.
. With experience in wiring and construction development
. With basic knowledge in Audio / Video
. Must have good electronics, electrical and mechanical skills
. Able to read schematic, cad design, floor plans and block diagrams
. Have a strong mind to analyze/troubleshoot system problem, modification & problem solution
. Must be dexterous, as he will be working with his hands
. Should have a strong interest in learning how things work, as he will consistently need to research operational and troubleshooting procedures for new installation and techniques
. Patient with keen attention to details are also required.
. Must be consistent in reporting
. Must possess good communication skills, as he may have to instruct others on the operation of equipment and how to troubleshoot it
. Must possess leadership qualities and must be willing to work in the field
