- Graduate of a Four(4) year course, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development, Psychology, Business Management, and Behavioral Sciences (Post Grad: Diploma Course, Masteral/Doctorate Degree is an advantage)
- Five (5) Years experience in the same capacity
- Computer Literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
