Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate together with the reports provided.
- Review all inspection report for compliance.
- Prepares non compliance report and assist in developing corrective actions.
- Assist the sub contractors in the resolution of drawing interpretation and coordinate all site inspections.
- Monitors building defects and supervised rectifications if needed.
Requirements:
- Male / Female, 22 to 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil).
- At least 1 or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1 or 2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Quality Assurance or equivalent.
- Can work under pressure.
- With leadership skills and good moral character.
