Position: Payroll Administrator

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • Has strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
  • Exceptional analytical skills required to perform financial modeling and interpretation of data
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Preferably 3-4 years of working experience in human resources- Compensation and Benefits Administration and processing
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cagayan de Oro City
