1. WAITER

a. Preferably male, not more than 30 years old
b. At least 5’7” in height, with pleasing personality and very personable
c. Preferably College graduate
d. Preferably with experience in an upscale restaurant
e. Must be able to speak and understand English

2. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

• Must be male;
• Not older than 45 years. old;
• Preferably Licensed Engineer;
• Has Good Communication Skills;
• Must have a relative work experience of at least 3 years;
• Willing to work long hours and physically fit;
• With good moral character and good leadership skills;

3. COOK

• Male / Female;
• Not over 45 years old;
• At least 3 years work experience as a Cook in an upscale restaurant;
• Willing to work long hours;
• Physically fit;
• With good moral character;
• With good leadership skills;

4. KITCHEN HELPER

• Male or Female;
• Not over 30 years old;
• Preferably BS HRM graduate or at least a graduate of a vocational course;
• With relevant work experience
• Hardworking
• Must be presentable and physically fit to work

5. HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the same position or a relative field
• Male or Female.
• Not more than 35 years of age
• High ability to deal with customers of all types
• Computer literate
• Excellent spoken and written command of English &Filipino languages, and the Cebuano dialect.
• Assertive, articulate, motivated, enthusiastic and excellent people skills

6. BARTENDER

• Must be male, not over 35 years old;
• With at least a graduate of a vocational course preferably in mixology and bartending;
• Preferably with experience in related field;
• Excellent people skills;
• Have working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes;
• Articulate, motivated and enthusiastic;
• Willing to work for longer hours;

7. AUDIT STAFF

• Must be female not over 30 years old;
• Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Business related course;
• Very good in written and oral communication;
• Willing to be trained;
• Has a strong personality;
• With experience is an advantage;
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
